Anyone have experience with this coral? I just ordered a rather nice one, a bit pricey but one I've never kept before. From what I can find they're pretty easy, easier than perhaps even a scoly (which are pretty easy IMO). It is coming from BSA corals and here's Ben's picture:

If anyone else wants something from them LMK. I've met the minimum shipping threshold LOL.

on the sand bed with low flow other than that they are very easy to keep. Feed them once a week to keep them happy. I have 4 of them

Yes, these and Cynarina sp. get lumped into the "meat coral" category. I've kept cynarina before but never liked the fact that, when they expand, their tissue becomes a bit translucent. I think these used to be called Indo scolys as well, although I always associated Indo scolys with Scolymia vietnamesis. See why I hate common names?

no direct lighting, lower flow, room to spread. they love a nice chunk of something once or twice a week. i use larrys reef frenzy "chunky" to feed them, my scoly, acans, and my anemones.
