Acceptable Receipt Temp From Online Fish Orders?

Any opinion on what an acceptable temperature at delivery is from online vendors? I'm curious as my last two orders were 63F and 70F. The 63F delivery resulted in 3 out of 5 deaths. The 70F is temp acclimating right now, with all four moving around so far.

63 is fine, if in the 50’s, sure may be a problem. It’s heat that causes the most problems

Heat will usually puddle most of my arrivals. 62 is not optimal but as long as it's not been exposed to 62 degrees the entire duration of transport, things usually will be fine.
