Accidentally cracked torch head

Hello all. I just bought a 2 head green torch. The store gave it to me on this 4 inch diameter disc that is obnoxious. i didnt think to ask them to remove it before i left. So I was trying to remove it at home, but it was really glued on there. While trying to twist it off I cracked one of the heads of the torch. It didnt completely fall apart, but its definitely cracked. If you didnt know you wouldnt know it was cracked by the look of it. Will the torch die? Will one head die? both? Thanks in advance. Very upset with myself.

I cracked a baby torch head, vertically, once. The polyp didn’t tear. I held the two pieces together and applied super glue to the crack and it survived. If I’d had thin superglue to seep into the crack I probably would have used that instead of gel.

Second the super glue. If it's healthy, it'll be fine.

not sure if you already have this but if you dont, do invest in one. A bone cutter. Those work like a charm snapping of corals from frag plugs.
