So i was re-calibrating my PH probe and spilled half of the packet into the sump. Looking at the ingredients its water, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, sodium bicarbonate , preservative and blue dye. Looks harmless .... should i be concerned?

I personally wouldn’t worry. I’d still have activated carbon because of the blue dye, but that’s just me.

I wouldn’t worry at all if the tank is at least 20 gallons. If it’s under that, maybe add some carbon just in case.

i do have a bag of carbon running at the bottom of my Reefmat. I'm sure this has happen to other reefers as its so easy to do lol
