Hello, so i've been planning a transfer of my Crocea to another of my aquarium (120L to 34L...)

I was wondering, if the pH is the same, temperature the same, salinity same, alkalinity almost the same, the light intensity would be a drop however.
is there a need to acclimate?

I don't see any problem with simply directly dropping him to the other tank but I'm curious to get some input

I have this Crocea over 3-4 years now I think? And honestly, he's probably the hardest coral that I ever have which is kinda weird for a clam.
To me, he's SuperClam.

I think it is intended for bringing whatever from the pet shop or un bagging a order. Fish stores always keep there salinity very low . It helps fight off nastys I guess. You might want to lower your light in the tank he is in now. To what you are going to put him in.

When tempature ph and salinity match I do not acclimate. Temperature is never the same so I always find myself floating the bag for 15 min then checking the salinity before deciding
