I'm makeing a small upgrade from a biocube 29 to a 135 gallon peninsula, See my build thread.

Yesterday I did. 30 gallon WC on the 135 and kept the water and every few hrs I am doing a 5 gallon water change wit that water on the 29.

Once I have done all 6 15% water changes on the biocube, assuming the temp has been matched, will it be safe to just transfer fish and corral from one tank to the other?

Keep in mind that when you draw water from the 29 for the second change, you'll be pulling a percentage of the 135 water out as well as the old "29" water. At the end of your WC string, the water in the 29 won't be 100% 135 water - but the levels between the two may well be "close enough", depending on how different they were to begin with. If the salinity of both reads the same (preferably with a refractometer), you're probably OK to temp-acclimate and release.
