Acclimate bacteria?

So I had to buy new bacteria. Got unlucky with fritz bottled so I went with Dr tims 60 gal treatment for my 90. I already have some bacteria working just not enough.

I had it refrigerated, should I float the bottle in my tank water to bring it down to temp or just dump the bacteria in? Can I temp stock my bacteria and kill it?
