Acclimate? Drop or drop?

Moving my fish from their old tank to new tank. Tested water parameters and old tank is higher phosphates and nitrates only. All else is the same.
Drip acclimate for 30 or just drop?
I’ve already dropped some CUC in this week and they seemed fine.

I just dropped when I moved tanks, and everyone was fine. Figured it minimized stress.

Of course one jumped to the floor...seems ok in his new tank
