I know when you first buy a coral they should go right into the sand bed to start the lighting acclimation process. But how do you start bringing it higher until its final resting spot without gluing the frag to a rock. I have spots pretty much picked out for my corals but how will you know if it likes that spot if there is no way to keep it there without gluing it?

Put it on a frag rack and raise it up each each week and gor your spot I guess you have to look if it has good flow etc.
