It’s only day 1 for those 4 fish, I’ve put a lot of good bacteria from my main tank into this quarantine tank, I only put 1/4 of reccommended dose, but yeah may not be the greatest ideaI agree as previously stated with your going to reset the treatment clock.
I disagree that to add fish into a therapeutic level of copper right off is ok.
Every treatment plan I have ever researched says to SLOWLY raise copper levels over a period of several days. This includes the instructions on the product as well.
If it were me I would not add the damsels.
You can also have ammonia issues depending on the QT tanks size.
I would set up another tank or just wait till the original 4 are cleared for transfer.
Then you can reset the QT and be good.

55 gallonsHow large is the QT tank?
Nah I added bio balls and a few live rock that I was willing to let go from my main tank and added some water, it has yellow tang, blue tang, 2 clownfish. I’ve also added bacteria in a bottle. Dosed about 30 drops for now.Big QT. its going to take a lot of copper treatment product.
Anyway what are the current fish?
What do you have in the tank for filtration?
I know you added tank water from an existing tank but that's minimal bacteria introduced. BB is not found in the water column but on surfaces.
They are effected with ich I thinkWell then now knowing more information you should be ok to add the damsels.
I still would not.
But I play on the more cautious side of the line when it comes to living stuff.
Keep a close eye on the tangs they don't do well with therapeutic levels of copper so I have come to understand. Not like a wrasse but still more sensitive to it.
Is the copper treatment precautionary or do you know they are infected with a parasite?
Anyway its dinner time
