If i buy new corals that are at 6dkh and im running my tank at 9 dkh how should i go about this? Acropora to be exact.

You can drip the corals. I do that and monitor the temperature at the same time as I run a higher alk.

I am curious why they would run their KH at 6

I have no idea. But he does have nice chunky frags .

Lady in pink, cherry bomb, and a walt disney all for 2302 shipped

Some of the people who successfully kept wild SPS corals told me that their secret was to have alk about 6.5dKh. The original owner of BOOM corals also told me that. So low Alk at 6.0 doesn't seem that unreasonable.

I also had my best luck with frags with corals 7.0 dKH. This might be only me but my montis, pocis, stylos and birdsnest do very poorly above 8.5 dKH. They are happiest around 7.0. This seller might have similar experiences.

Yes and the frags are chunky not small compared to other vendors. The only other one i know who sells big nice chunky frags is adam from battle corals
