Acclimation Box

What kind of acclimation box would be good for a gem tang? how big? Do I just leave it empty or will that stress the fish out? LMK thanks

I would go as big as you can for swimming room, especially if you plan on acclimating for a long period. And try to put some larger PVC pipe for comfort.

It shouldn't be for too long, I simply plan to see how my other tang will react.

You should be fine as long as there is some room in there to swim around. I have different thoughts on providing the PVC, as you want the new fish comfortable as well as forcing the other fish to see it as well it see the other fish.

I am actually making DIY acclimation box, just drilling a bunch of holes into a large plastic container. Ill test with PVC and without
