Acclimation or not?

Set up my JBJ Nano RL last night, filled with LR/LS, everything looks great, came home to a crystal-clear tank. (build thread coming) I started my AI Prime on an acclimation schedule, but I was curious if I really needed to? Can I go into a lighting program for just LR/LS, parameters look great, I'm going to keep an eye on them and maybe add a CUC on Saturday.

I don't see why you'd need to. The only reason that it would he needed is if you switching from a different light (especially one that was very different)

Thank you. I adjusted the setting about 25 minutes ago, I selected a Signature Series DL from Karen V's tank. Now I don't know if this is possible but, I have a coral (I think) that I've seen before, but just wrote it off as part of the rock, well I was wrong, this lil guy just popped right open. Going to post in the ID section. Thanks again.
