Accurasea Salt (Anyone Use It?)

Thanks guys but this thread is pretty old and had nothing to do with low salt concentrations in the firat place

Ok guys, I'm not really asking if this salt is ok or not to use, I'm just trying to find out how accurate it is when mixed right and how well it mixes. I'm going crazy trying to figure out where 1.026 is with my cheap refractometer and salinity probe and it's driving me nuts because I'm pretty sure they're off given the trouble others have even with good quality salinity measurement tools. That's why the idea of the salt being prepackaged appeals to me (I can always measure the water and ensure its the right amount by weighing it.) Plus I need to buy salt anyway...Are the packages consistent and do they mix well?
I am completely new like, still researching but settled on a tank to get ASAP type new, so take what I say with a grain of salt ( terrible pun intended). I was wondering this exact thing about the salt. I have been considering the already mixed versions that maybe a bit expensive since it's 5g boxes of water. I know Petco and PetSmart have some versions of this as well as even bulk reef supplies, would something like that be helpful for you?

This thread is actually almost a year old and I've been using this salt for many months now actually. I'm not going to make it sound perfect by any means just like no other salt is perfect in every way. However, my only complaint would be the fact that it doesnt mix completely. Aside from that, it's great.

Thank you I didn't realize it was that old. Is there anything that can be done to make sure it dissolves well? I didn't realize they wouldn't dissolve completely.

You can put a heater in it and it'll dissolve better. Also make sure the powerhead circulates it well.

Just ordered some. 200 gallon box.

This appears to be one of the best salts available in terms of dkh/calc/mag that 1.) measures properly and 2.) is manufactured locally.

It seems otherwise everyone is either in the 7 dkh range, or in the 10s, with the few options that are midrange being much more expensive (aquaforest is pretty crazy expensive and not local)
