Accurate heater

I have a 650 gallon system running with an new apex. Does anybody have any recommendations on a highly accurate heater so I don’t have to set it much bellow the apex controller setting for backup?

They all suck. ...better if they have an internal thermostat for redundancy.

I have large tanks too. I use Ehiem 300w. ...lots of them. I do have them on a Ranco or Medusa. You can get a 6 pack of these for about $180 shipped on eBay... not bad. It is better if one of them goes haywire that it is only 300w instead of 1000w - I learned this the hard way and had a tank get to almost 100 degrees about a decade ago.
