ACETIC ACID GLACIAL 99.5% DOSING?

Is it ok to dose this instead of vinegar? Or how to convert this to 500ml of 5% solution ?
Iv been dosing 25ml of white vinegar daily in my 42g skimmerless, and my no3 are stable at 12.

Here is what iv got:

Dilute 1 part acetic acid to 19 parts RO/DI water and you get the equivalent of vinegar, or dose 5% as much (but I'd dilute instead of just dosing less).

Be careful to not splash it on yourself and especially not your eyes.

Thank you.. but the product is ok right? As it has some other chemicals too..

I expect it is fine. Those numbers are limits of what might possibly be there, not what is there. Those specifications are similar to food grade vinegar.

I dose acetic anhydride straight in to my sump using a dosing pump. It drips in far enough away from anything important that it should be well diluted before it comes in contact with something that matters. I buy 5 gallon buckets and dose 50 ml a day. A bucket lasts about a year.
