About 3 hours ago my achilles decided to start laying down. Has been healthy as far as I can tell until today. Anybody have any ideas?

PH:8.1 Ammonia: 0 Nitrate: 10 Nitrite: .5 PH: 8.1 Salinity: 1.26

Sorry about your tang. I'm sure this is just a typo, but your salinity is actually 1.026, not 1.26, correct?

Nitrite should have no impact. This may be an internal issue or even a fish which has crashed into glass from being startled. Hate to say but this fish is moribund which suggests the fish may or may not make it. I have one and know the joy of having it as well as the cost.
Besides water change, you can add aeration with air stone and hope for the best. There is no medication I could suggest to perk it up when it reaches this stage. Reducing white light intensity may also calm fish but a gamble.

No symptoms in the other fish, not rapid breathing with them? As mentioned, these are pretty hyper fish, it may have just hit the wall.

Hopefully you are not at 1.26 salinity, it should really only take 1/2 cup per gallon of water. Maybe a little more or less. Please verify your salinity
