Achilles tang white spot

I woke up this morning and my Achilles tang has a white spot on his forehead. He’s eating well and is acting fine.

Looks like he may have bumped his noodle.. I would closely observe and take notes for the next few days. If more spots occur then you have an issue. Most Likely this will go away and he will be fine. I would be concerned if it gets worse, or if any other fish are affected. Did you add anything new to the tank recently? Make sure to feed him well the next few weeks.

Injury would be my guess also. Should post this in the fish deasease forum .... that’s what it’s for LOL. You’ll likely get more expert answers there.

No one new has been added to the tank. He eats very well, don’t think it is hole in the head Disease?

Reece I would say your fish will be fine. Make sure you have good water quality, and feed a good diet. That looks like an injury. you said you haven’t added anything for a while so in my experience you are good. Check for stray voltage and rusted equipment.
