aclimate for inverts

hello reefers
best way to aclimate a mantis shrimp thats been in the bag over 24hours

also i getting a big shimpent of crabs, snails, sexy shrimps, sea urchins, starfish i just wanted to know for the shrimps and starfish do i to drip aclimate ( 24+ hours in the bag) and also anemones can i just float the bag or i need to drip

Float bag for 20-30 minutes and transfer to a bucket and drip acclimate OR add a cup of water from tank every 25 minutes until salinity equalized
