I got my first real set of Across and have them setup in my DIY frag rack. Any recommendations on how I should acclimate then? Specifically, how fast/slow should I take to raise the rack to the preferred height? I was thinking something like an inch a day? That would put them at the top in about 2 weeks?

Its a mix tank. Just tested my PAR last week. It's 400 PAR at the VERY top of the rocks, where most of the top of the rocks is between 250-300...some areas hitting 350

I never light acclimate acros... you don’t know what PAR they are coming from so your really just guessing. Better to get them in place instead of continuing to change their conditions.

I typically put them low on a rack for about two weeks then mount them wherever. I’ve had probably a 99% success rate over the last 12-15 years doing this.
