Acoel Flatworms ?

My green goniopora has been getting these brown spots on the polyps... is this a flatworm issue ?

I'm giving a six line wrasse a shot first. Reading around it sounds like the chemical treatments are pretty hit or miss.

For wrasse choice I'd have gone with the banana wrasse or a silver belly wrasse over the sixline as sixlines can turn quite aggressive and territorial especially if you trying adding any other fish after they have been in the tank for a while.

Fortunately, at least the new six line wrasse hasn't been getting harassed by my springeri or my juvi red coris wrasse, at least not yet. It's a 120 gallon (48x24x24) with tons of hiding spots, but I still wondered a little. BTW, yes I know sooner or later the coris will have to be rehomed... the juveniles are so neat though.
