Acoel Flatworms

Hello, Just today I found that I have an Acoel flatworm in my tank. It can't be more that 1.5 mm long, and it was just on the rock.

I've read that they can be unsightly, but I truly don't care too much because I think they look pretty cool anyway (And I know I'll never have the prettiest tank. Is there any danger to keeping them in my tank? Like will they eat any corals?

If they are acoel flatworms they shouldn't cause a problem. Other types of flatworms can be very destructive to a tank. Natural predators can help keep them in check, such as wrasses.

Like mentioned above some flatworms are harmless, but certain varieties can reproduce to plague like proportions if conditions are right. A tank full of these things is definitely not attractive IMO. You might want to have some airline tubing handy so you can thin out there herd if need be. GL.
