DOA policy:

In the unlikely event that your corals arrive dead I will offer full refund, less shipping and handling costs if the following criteria have been met.

The delivery was signed for and accepted by the customer at the requested address on the shipping label.

Clear photos of the specimen provided within 2 hours of first delivery attempt in the original sealed packaging.

If there is an issue with your order which results in dead livestock as a result of delays, I will refund or replace the cost of the specimens ordered, less shipping charges.

Any Eligible refunds will be paid within 3 days of a refund claim being successful.

Honestly. Joking aside I’ve had to stop sending colonies. Too many mortalities on pieces that size. Both sending and receiving. About 1-1.5” is as big as I’ll go at this point. I don’t even like accepting colonies for the same reason. Unless it’s a local deal. Different story. If I move a colony locally it is in a full 5 gallon bucket each time
 
What are you using for gluing them down?
Pea sized piece of epoxy, with a crater bored out the middle using a toothpick, then filled with super glue. Holds even fairly tall frags upright immediately (or whatever position I want). Also makes for an easy way to stick 2-3 smaller frags together and have them bond together within days
