10% weekly water changes with saltwater made with 0 TDS rodi water.

Across generally like medium to high lighting with strong flow. Not directly at it, but in the general direction
I have a 400w 20k radium running 8 hours a day. The placement is upper part of the tank in direct light. The 800 power head is pointed at the surface right above it. Is that too much?

I agree. Stability. From looking at your pictures, your aquarium is very young. Has your system stabilized yet?

What should it be? 9 is where I am but it bounces around. How do I keep it stable?

Since your N03 and Po4 are low I would keep it around 8. Once your acro starts to grow and corraline starts to grow it will start to drop. When that starts to happen you have to dose Alk and Calc to keep it at whatever number you choose. If you can keep your daily alk stable it will go a long way towards keeping that acro healthy. You can use Kalkwasser, or a 2 part solution. Just do some reading on it, its pretty simple.

I've got corraline on my plastic and glass. I will get some Kalkwasser.

I see skeleton at the base, do you know if that recession happened while in your tank?

Usually algae on an acro means that part is dead. If there is a dead spot in the crevice where the branches meet, you may not have enough flow to clear out debris. Flow and stability is essential in sps. Random indirect flow is best, they can tolerate a lot. If that piece of algae is really whipping around in the current your good probably good.

Tips almost look burnt to me but its hard to tell from the picture. Are you sticking with a certain type of salt? Are your salts mixed parameters close to that of your tank? How stable is your Temp?

It did not. I asked about that at LFS but they said it will be fine. Do you think they screwed me?

I make sure my salinity is 1.025 on new water and I bubble the water to raise O2 and PH before changing water.

I those tips are grey because someone said scratching off the growth will make it grow faster...

Should I not do that?
