Do you see polyps and skin on it? If not, it may be algae forming over the skeleton.

Coral, acros especially, will adjust and change colors, shape, etc. as they acclimate. That tank looks pretty new also......could just be a maturation issue. I would just leave it where it is, and keep an eye on it.
it really does look like a skeleton with algae growing on it. The reason it would only be on one acro is because that acro is dead and has no flesh on it. it's literally a skeleton with algae growing on it. Of course better pics can confirm but this appears to be dead.I've never seen polyps for this acro. If algae, would it be strange to only form on a single piece of acro?

Green coloration isnt a bad thing at all (better than brown). You mentioned the lights being at "peak" for two hours though; what exactly do you mean? Are the lights only on for two hours? Not long enough if so.
