Acro concern. Please, Give me some opinions acro pros !!

If they'll let you borrow the PAR meter, I'd do it. Ideal for most acros is 250-350. Some take much higher and you can grow them below 250 but not way below. Someone running your light and bulbs may have an idea on how far down in the water column you can go if they've measured.
No meter, get it up much higher and better flow. They like a LOT more flow than your torches, hammers, and frogspawn.

Lastly, as stated above, there are easier acros and other sps to start with.

Yah I have one other. And it’s loving it’s spot on the bottom. Great PE. Just wanted to try an acro I’m going to get the par meter

Really hard to tell whether it actually RTNd at the base or whether the base is so bleached by shading that you can barely see it. If it’s the ladder, you should be fine if it rtnd there’s some chance it’ll pull through, but very low chance.
Actually it looks to be that this coral was grown under the LEDs like radions so the base was severely shaded. The fact that you’re singing the while light directly on it isn’t helping either.

Looks to me to have RTN or STN at the base. Best thing to do is frag it above the effected areas and glue it to a new clean plug. Inspect closely for pests, acro eating flatworms can cause this effect as well. Keep alk stable at about 8-9 dkh. Your no3 is fine but you may want to up the po4 to about .08-.05. Undetectable is never a true 0.00 po4 even the best po4 meters have a margin of error more likely you have .05-.01 po4 but the Hanna checker cant read it. I see you stared with dry rock and it takes a lot longer to get a reef tank mature enough for sps with only dry rock. Other than that it takes time for sps to get happy in a different system.

It has started to sluff off its skin now. I’m moving it tomorrow during the water change. I will cut the top off and try to remove the infected area. Then I’ll glue that piece high up on the over flow. Hopefully it can make it! If not. 10$ wasn’t bad for a test trial. I haven’t noticed any pests. I’ve had some trouble keeping my alk stable before. Been thinking of getting a dose machine for it. Cause adding manually seems to be forgetful and the exact amount can difficult. My salt hasn’t always mixed the same numbers.. been using tropic marine pro reef salt.. last batch was a constant 6-7 alk. Now this batch is dam near 8-9
