Hi all,

One of the lfs I frequent visited label this 2 crab as acro crab, but i have some doubt whether could it be strawberry or not.

Care to ID it for me?

Thanks

when i look up strawberry crab all the crabs that appear on images are like yours but they are abit hairy, is yours perhaps also hairy? i cant really tell if its hairy or blank with no hairs on it.

i also looked up red acro crab and got this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atergatis_subdentatus maybe this is the crab?

Although i think its related to the Liomera crab species cause it has the same markings on its shell like yours does.

Hmm. Seems suspicious. Think I won't take the risk on bringing it in my reef.
