Given to me under the name titanium, I'm guessing its a tort of some kind, anyone see this before?

It is definitely not a Acropora tortuosa. Judging by the tabling structure, the vertical branchlets, and the radial cup like corallites I would guess it is Acropora cytherea. The axial corallites shooting up everywhere kinda throws me off but that is normal if it starts to grow fast.
