Any guesses?

It's kinda hard to say. As a frag a lot of them look very similar. Also lighting can influence the color.

Frags can be hard to ID. Do you have a clearer shot with the axial and some radial corallites showing? That often helps, but the growth form is an important consideration as well.

Of course SPS are hard to ID but from that photo I would agree with jc5205, Tort.

I thought tort or gomezi. The pic stinks but the ends of the coralites are kinda squared off. I can't wait to color it up and see what it turns into.

I agree with you Schmink...gomezi or tort. Have to wait till it grows out a little more and you will know for sure. Nice piece.

I got a little better pic. Maybet this will help. I can't wait until this thing starts to color up.

Thanks. My initial guess was gomezi but I didn't want to post w/o seeing a clearer picture. The corallites are more bulbous than you typically see on a tort.

yeah i was thinking gomezi too
corallites look to be too short and close together to be tort imo
even in terms of colors, ive seen gomezis with that type of color but never a tort
