They move like bugs/copepods. There are some which are slower moving, but there are no eggs in sight
There's no visible damage, such as bite marks, but the growth is very stunted compared to others in the system. Flesh is also very thin

Well, the microscope pics clearly show a copepod, so I'd guess parasitic pods like White/Gray/Black/Red Bugs - I'm not sure which kind specifically in this case (I'm not great at copepod ID yet, and Acros have a bunch of species that parasitize them), but the treatments should generally be similar regardless:
Yeah, white bugs, red bugs, black bugs, etc. (coral-parasitic pods) will almost exclusively be found on their host corals. For more info on these and for some closer up pics/drawings:
