Good ways to recover heavyly photo-shocked Acropora?

I've upgraded my lights from a 6x80w T5 to 3x400w (radium bulbs) with 4x80w T5. A
few colonies have lost a lot of colour, but not entirely bleached (tan brown colour).

I have since risen the lights to 40cm above water level and photo period to 5 hours, with supplement T5 on when halide isn't on.

Is using redsea energy, or seachem reef plus, etc worth using? Any suggestions?

Thanks guys.
