Hi guys I’m a new reefer and I just ordered two Acropora frags one is a Staghorn and the other one I’m not sure, my tank is 165 gallons and I’m running 4 Tunze 6105 pumps, two are on all the time the other ones are on for 5 seconds in 10 seconds interval at maximum intensity. My lights are the Red Sea 90 w at 15000k with 80% blue and 80% white. My alk is around 11.5 and my calcium around 480.
I was hoping to place one near the green seriatopora.
Where should I place them and should I put them low first and move them up later ? 89C7C39E-94D0-4D05-B243-63253AA2C823.jpeg

You always need to be careful with bleaching which is why it is best to acclimate them slowly. Also, knowing what kind of light the frags were under at the pet shop so you can replicate that light scheme and water flow, for that matter, will help increase the chances of success with your new corals.
Most Acropora species should be left to the experienced reefer due to their difficulty and providing optimal water parameters.
Keep monitoring your corals because they will be the first to let you know of they are unhappy because something is wrong in your tank.
