Acropora white tips

Hello guys im new to acroporas and can’t help but wonder if those white tips on my acro are stn/rtn or growth.

i saw some polyps on the top of the tip, honestly I am not sure if this are polyps or some other critter. I took this picture in the middle of the night so you guys can see it more clearly.

I am lowkey not trying to panic and thinking positive but Incase this is stn or rtn what should i do? Should I frag it?
