AcroPower dosing questions

I'm just started using this. Was wondering what your take on it is? Should I shut off your skimmer when dosing this? Is it a just follow the directions type of thing? Are there any recommendations?

Thanks all ramping up my game for some new cherries coming my way. dosed some brightwell CoralAmino as well. Delivery is next Thursday

I switched from acropower to easy reefs sps Evo and haven't looked back. I had good results when I first started dosing acropower, but nothing like the growth I'm getting from Evo.
