Acropower turned white (Snow)

I just opened a new Acropower bottle and it was like the photo attached.
There is any problem ?

I don't know? It is supposed to be shaken before it is used. It kind of looks separated. I doubt that it is "bad" unless it stinks and then I would throw it out. Does anyone else on here use this and can tell us what it looks like in a good batch?
