Acros lost some color hmmm

Hey does anyone have an idea on where or what I could do other than waterchanges to fix this?

I use the brs hybrid method with Tropic Marin pro salt.
I just replaced my rodi going to retest in a few weeks(or should I sooner)
Been doing 25gallon water changes once or twice a week. It's a 90 with a 40 gallon sump (30 gallons running)

Also can't figure out where the heavy metals are coming from. None of my pumps are seized or rusting
