i have a 30"x19"x24" acrylic aquarium 1/2"thick cell cast with a 1/4" full top with cut out panel for access I've started to notice crazing on the top and bowing about month ago today I noticed crazing on one of my side panels at the top any suggestions on this will it affect structural integrity or is this cosmetic?

Pictures ? Seam grazing can continue to at some point cause a separation. Grazing in the acrylic itself from what I've read isn't much to worry about.

Hard to photo but with the blue light on it stands out better

There are a ton of topics on this. I've not heard of these ever leaking in a flat panel only in seems that have been poorly assembled.
