acrylic baffles how thick?

I think most are 1/4 to 1/3 in. Not sure though. I think Troylee would be the best to anwser this question!
 
Yes, use 1/4" or thicker as thinner pieces may bend under the water pressure and pull away from the wall, causing your sump to collapse.
 
i would use 3/8" thick personally... also make sure to cut them at least 1/8" shy of the width inside the sump..."meaning don't cut them real tight and wedge them in.." acrylic swells over time from water absorption and can split the seams in the tank...
