Before forming is the way I do it. You might use a small strip first to make sure you have the spaces between the strip heaters in the correct location before making the production run.

Could ya'll show pics of your table saw?
Is it really anal to get a square on the fence at the table saw?
Or is it the same way floyd showed earlier with the router fence?

I don't square anything on a table saw. Anymore I use a local sign shop that has a CNC machine, it's a better use of my time to pay them to cut everything perfectly from the get go. I can't remember the last time I used my squaring jig on my router table actually.

Could you please elaborate on the router table your sign shop owns. Does it have a vaccum bed? Here I don't have access to such equipment. I'll try the water jet though.

It's 5' x 10' and does have a vacuum table. Not sure how well a water jet works as far as creating weldable edges, but I would imagine that it probably doesn't leave them quite right (probably slightly rounded off at the edges, which you don't want). But it would leave them square, saving you that step, and then you could use a table router to perform the final edge prep by taking off just enough off of each edge to get that sharp corner. Might even be able to just use a jointer to do that, or a bench/tabletop router.

Highlight text you wish to quote and select "+ Quote" or "Reply", or in the lower right corner of the message, there are also these 2 options. Reply adds directly to the box. +Quote adds it to the multi-quote queue and a button under the reply window is added, click that and you can arrange the order of the quotes

I use one of these and I square it every week. but I also do a lot of wood working.

When do you add weights on the welded seams, after how many minutes?
After welding the end panels and going to the back panel, do we have to weld both the seams of end panels to the back at once or can do them individually?
