Acrylic tank leak test - a couple questions

Details:
15 yr old acrylic tank
72x24x24 (180g)
.5 inch sides,top, bottom
.75 inch back
Center overflow

Tank has been sitting empty in a crate for last 12 years. We have moved this crate to new houses 3 times but are now looking to set it up.

Questions:

Before I fill it, what should I look for structurally as the tank has been dry for 12 years?

Can I do a full fill leak/stability test outside in temps of 40f - 55f degrees? Would acrylic get brittle in these temps and lead to catastrophic failure?

Was planning to leave it filled for a minimum of 72 hours for the test. Is this long enough?

Any temperature above 32 is good & 72 hours is more than long enough test. As long as tank was not exposed to sunlight, you have little to worry about.
