I was recently told that for large tanks you should avoid Chemcast acrylics. They seem to have had a bonding issue in the past which may or may not be resolved. Anyone have any insight into this?

you can also use spartech "polycast" but it's pricey and hard to find....Pass on the chemcast man... You want plexiglass "g" and that material only!!! Even acrylite "gp" is garbage now...you can also use spartech "polycast" but it's pricey and hard to find....

Check your local yellow pages for plastic suppliers of plastic fabrication... Either one can get it but won't stock it since its a special order item... Fwiw just a example...
$350 for a 4'x8' sheet..
$525 ish for a 4'x10' sheet... Price almost doubles for a extra 2feet :sad:
