Thanks...the stand is actually built for a glass marineland. The top is nice and thick thoughNot a prob. Tank mighta had 2 overflows at one time, thus the second cutout.
I have a stand with solid 3/4 ply top with cutouts for dual overflows/returns for my 240 acrylic, no issues.Thanks...the stand is actually built for a glass marineland. The top is nice and thick though
Thanks. You don't think its ok as is? This is how its been run the last 2 years so part of my concern is if it could be weaker from that.Simply cut or have Home Depot cut an excat top to mount to stand which will serve as a base for tank and place 1/2" thick styrofoam on top as a leveling mat then place tanl on top
My acrylic monster tank sits on plywood over a steel stand
Its probably ok as is but I prefer to know its fullt stable.Thanks. You don't think its ok as is? This is how its been run the last 2 years so part of my concern is if it could be weaker from that.
Also, as far as foam, I've seen some say yes and some say no....not sure what I will do.
