acting up

I've had a Bubble Magus Curve 5 Elite for about 4 months and now it's acting up. It will be working fine but when I have to empty the collection cup and start it up again, it immediately overflows.

Anyone else experience this? The water level is the same, the intake lever stays in the same spot.

Blow thru the line to the muffler and sssure hole is not clogged and also that sump water level not too high

Thank you for the suggestions. I took it apart and cleaned it a few weeks ago when the issue started. Also, the water level stays the same - Turn off, dump bin, place it back, turn it on... some times it works just fine, other times it immediately overflows. It's as if it was possessed
