Adaptive reef controller board

I just bought a brand new adaptive reef controller cabinet and when i look at it from the side it look slanted. Is this normal?

That is how mine sits, same dimensions on the front panel. There's probably a design theory in there about extending the life of some fastener system or angle of view of LCDs, That or accessibility of buttons or switches on components on the lower panels.
