Ships in original box, everything included that came with it, French cleat and all plugs. The only marks are 4 very small screw holes, see photos. Looks new.First photo shows the four holes. Last two photos are the holes close up.

I used it for approximately 2months. Non marring Velcro was used to hold items except for the noted small holes that held Hydros items.
