add a first anemone to the tank

i planning to add a first anemone to my tank.
this will be my first time to take, so i don't have any experience.
any info will be useful .
about the tank:
~155g DT total 180g
10 months old ,
ammonia nitrite 0
phosphate 0
nitrate 2-5 ppm
salanity 1.024-25
25c degree

Age of tank is good.
Water is good. Keep it on point
They love light, you cannot provide too much.
Stability is paramount.
Once attached, never touch him again.
You can turn off all flow for an hour to help it attach...
