Add-on canister for second DI cartridge

I recently got a spectrapure silicabuster DI cartridge, and want to add it into an add-on canister from BRS, making my 4
Stage into a 5-stage. I currently have the standard color changing resin that isn’t exhausted. Should I have this new one run before or after the mixed bed?
