I currently have a diamond watchman goby. I was thinking about adding a pistol shrimp to possibly bond with. The goby is about 4 inches long. Can I add the shrimp safely? Also, I have a good sized skunk cleaner shrimp. Would the pistol and cleaner get along?

if you get a pistol that is compatible with that particular goby, I think you could successfully add it - in terms of the cleaner, I'm not sure about that. I have a pistol that I've had for a long time and I've been unsuccessful in adding any additional shrimp (I tried adding a blood red shrimp) and it disappeared forever within two days. Of course, I have no proof that it was pistol. I've seen a couple of videos with pistols taking out shrimps much larger than themselves.

Anyone know of a or some species that is compatible with a diamond watchmen goby? Any off liveaquaria?

I just did a little research and I'm finding a tiger pistol as a recommendation......but I've also seen where the diamond watchman since it is more of a sand sifter may not pair with a pistol since it doesn't need the digging done for it....

There isn't --- wrong type of goby. Need either Amblyeleotris, or Stonogobiops genus.
Diamonds are of the Valenciennea genus.
