I have 4 Kessil a360WE Tuna Blue lights over my 4 foot 120 gallon. They are in a straight line across the tank. I added a 5th on the end and arranged the last two in a "T" arrangement. They ar 6" off the water in a 24" deep tank. SPS in the top 1/3 and hammers and frog at midlevel and lower 1/3. I decreased the intensity from 77% to 65% which is about a 15% drop and will increase back up to 77% over about 10-14 days. Seem appropriate or should I reduce by more?

I'd highly recommend borrowing a PAR meter to "tune" the LEDS to your reef and help with coral placement.
There are lots of recommendations for PAR levels floating around out there, and I think Dana posted around 200-300 is fine for maximum photosynthesis for most coral.
A few google searches for "recommended PAR level" for your spedific coral may produce some good results as well.
Cheers,
