Added Fleece Roller now no flow in sump

I added a Reefmat to my sump and it seems to be getting a lot of gunk out which is excellent. However, I have ZERO flow in my sump and wondered if that was okay. I added some chaeto and it's starting to look gunky. The only other thing I have is a single live rock.

I added chaeto because I have a nitrate crash and it seems to be a little better but not all the way resolved. I also know people seem to have different opinions when it comes to sump flow.

Should I add a powerhead? Not sure if others with a fleece roller have experienced similar issues.

I found that I needed to augment flow in that sump chamber because it tended to end up as a detritus trap. I just replaced a small Sicce Voyager Nano powerhead with a pair of Maxspect gyres and it seems to be doing a much better job ensuring no dead spots.
